Welcome to our boutique. By placing an order on this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Purchase Authorization

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

• You are the authorized cardholder or account owner making this transaction.

• You have full permission to use the payment method provided.

• You understand that any fraudulent use of payment information will result in order cancellation and may be reported.

2. Payment Agreement

By finalizing your order, you agree to:

• Pay the full total amount of your purchase.

• Ensure all billing and contact information provided is accurate.

• Accept responsibility for any fees incurred due to incorrect address information or failed delivery attempts.

3. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 48 business hours of payment.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

• Orders are subject to applicable state or local taxes.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• PO Box addresses are not accepted — a valid physical address is required.

• Free shipping applies to U.S. orders over $100.

• Orders under $100 include a $15 shipping fee.

• USPS estimated delivery is 3–5 working days.

• Most orders ship from our U.S. local store if stock is available.

Shipping Instructions

        •        Ship via USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation

        •        VLK is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages

        •        Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

After shipping, email:

        •        A photo of your receipt

        •        The tracking number

We will acknowledge your return within 48 hours of receiving your package.

A $15 shipping/processing fee will be deducted if:

        •        The return is due to customer preference (don’t like/wrong size/wrong item ordered)

        •        The package is refused upon delivery

        •        The address is incorrect or marked “undeliverable”

 

 

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipping only.

Once shipped, the order can no longer be canceled.

 

5. Signature Agreement Requirement

Before your order is submitted, you will be required to electronically sign a Purchase Verification Agreement.

By signing, you confirm that:

• The order was placed by you.

• You voluntarily authorize the payment.

• You agree to all terms listed on this page.

 

 

6.  Return & Exchange Eligibility

VLK accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase on eligible wigs and hair extensions.

To qualify, items must be:

        •        Unopened

        •        Unused / Not worn

        •        Not installed

        •        Not altered (cut, colored, washed, styled, etc.)

        •        Untampered with

        •        In original condition with all labels and packaging

        •        Accompanied by the original receipt

❗ Any item that fails to meet these conditions will not be accepted.

All sales are FINAL once hair products have been:

        •        Opened

        •        Colored

        •        Cut

        •        Washed

        •        Installed

        •        Styled

        •        Damaged or altered in any way

VLK reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet policy requirements.

 

 

7. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel or hold any order that appears suspicious, contains mismatched information, or fails verification. This is to protect both our customers and our boutique.

 

 

8. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, shopping, or making a purchase on this website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
